My name is Elaine Mencas and I am a 2001 graduate from The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs where I received 1,150 hours of training  and a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy.  I've been actively practicing massage since 2001 and have held licenses in CO, NV, OR and MT. 

I am from Montana and am happy to be back here practicing massage with my husband and three children.  I enjoy spending time with my family, helping my husband with his business, running, and baking. 

Choosing a Massage Therapist is a very important decision and I pride myself on specializing your session based on your body's needs that day.  I will use a combination of therapies to create the experience you are looking for.
